Since last summer when Sophie was here (one of Melanie and Ashley's daughters - friends of ours), just about everyday ..Lukas asks for Sophie to come to his house. It would drive me batty if I let it get to me. It's amazing the bond that kids develop. She lives in another state and he sees her for two weeks (when they visit) a year. Sophie is a sweet girl .. she told Melanie that, "Lukas is my cousin, .. in my heart." Doesn't that just wanna make you give her a hug..so sweet!
FINALLY.. .the heavens opened... and she arrived at our house yesterday! He was so excited. He patiently waited for her... literally sat on the couch and just waited. She walked in and he was all about her for the next three hours. Yes, she is so sweet...she played with him for three hours! No wonder he worships her!
