Field Trip

Today, Lukas had his first field trip for school. Every parent had to go, so technically it probably wasn't a true field trip. They had a butterfly room outside and a nature trail. We picked Beckman up from his Mom's Morning Out program and headed back to the 'place' . They have arcade games and a climb through tunnel things etc. The head teacher, Miss Angela, is very sweet (the other teacher is also very sweet). Lukas talks about her a lot. Today, Miss Angela told me that she has figured out how to make/have Lukas have a good day. She said she makes sure to give him about 2 or 3 minutes of a big hug. She said that he does so much better if he gets that love from her. I thought that was amazing. There are 14 kids in that class and she took the time to figure my boy out. Amazing! Now I know why he loves her so much!
